I rarely if ever use them. I HAD to yesterday, and then found THIS on the wall of the stall, which almost caused a major problem for me..way too much to read, way too many instructions to follow BEFORE I could sit down. It was HELLISH trying to find sanitary napkins and tampons to put into the receptacles provided. I did however, use my foot to flush, but I also took pride in their facilities. You're Welcome!
