this is one of those inane and huge rolling carts in some malls - apparently there are parents/grandparents/caretakers who do not get the gist of where to put a child in them, thus the need for a warning AND an exclamation point to get the warning across more forcefully. Maybe you shouldn't have children in your care if you can't figure out where they go.....eh?
